Why no improvement?
Addendum:
Messy item 5: Filing of experience.
It so hard to sit down and discuss on file of experience with manager when Messy item 4 & 3 co-exist.
I think things are turning bad. I plan to/almost tender my resignation letter this month. I am just lost. I see nothing. I don't know where to move. Motivation level down. Do I hand it in?
Really God, what do you want me to do? Talk to me loudly and clearly. Answer my prayers. I need guidance. I need lotsa courage. Lotsa boldness. Lotsa wisdom.
